This only covers up until episode 3 because that's where I'm currently at right now :)
I have seen these kind of pillows before, where an image links two pillows together, and thought it was especially sweet for them to be used in here. Haha it is extremely cute how Chris is the one in the bubble too (ie. last picture), with JJ 'thinking of her. I don't know if it's just me but I think it's quite fitting for them because throughout the 3 episodes I've watched, I can't help but feel that Chris is of greater importance to JJ than vice versa.
This scene where Christine Kuo's character tried to seduce JJ was a big surprise! It was unexpected not because he didn't give in to her but for the reason being that Chris was the one who planned the 'seduction'! Seriously, what kind of girlfriend does that? :P Haha it's extremely sweet of Chris though, as it shows how much trust she has in JJ and isn't the kind of girl who gets overly agitated when her boyfriend touches another women. That is something I really like about Chris.
In Each Other's Company
JJ and Chris were suppose to spend their weekend together but after hearing news about the appearances of an owl (apparently now often seen in HK and is though to be extinct), Chris runs off to snap a few photos. So therefore, JJ decides to go along with her.
Another favourite scene of mine between the two. I thought it was really sweet how JJ followed Chris and stayed there to look for the owl with her. It was especially cute when he took out his phone to take pictures of them together too :) Even though it wasn't JJ's plans to go and take pictures in the middle of nowhere at first, he simply went because of Chris. Something I find quite adorable about JJ is the fact that as long as he's with Chris, he doesn't really mind where or what they're doing. He just simply enjoys her company.
Holding Onto You
Ah, yes. Another favourited scene from episode 3! Chris surprised JJ with a 'hugging' charity event, where the couples have to stand and hug each other. The winning couple is the one who can last the longest. JJ and Chris were one of the last pair standing, along with an elderly couple. Though I thought the event was odd at first, it turned out extremely sweet. 'Holding on' to each other is already hard for a few hours, think how much more difficult it would be to hold each other for a lifetime? :)
To summarize JJ's and Chris' relationship, something that stands out about this couple is the level of maturity shown throughout their interactions. Whether if it's their work lives or personal lives, there's this mutual understanding and trust between the two that never leads them to question each other. Though of course, that will be put to test as the series develops and I'm definitely looking forward to more of their scenes!
