A Great Way To Care 2,
Aimee Chan,
Edwin Siu
I was disappointed with the third case, but I enjoyed Aimee's and Otto Chan's side story.
Aimee and Otto are siblings. Otto is autistic and does not socialize with many people. They were always together when they were young but after their parents died, Aimee went to live overseas with their relatives while Otto refused to leave HK. The relationship between the two of them changed since then. When Aimee came back to HK, Otto was always following her around and drew sketches of her (for reasons we did not know at first). We later get to know that Edwin Siu is their 'childhood' friend. He cares for Otto and likes to bicker with Aimee. Edwin's character is indeed abit nosy, but because of this, Otto's and Aimee's relationship managed to get better....
At first I half expected Otto Chan to be involve with a murder (technically he was...but he wasn't the murderer) due to his violent behaviour at first, but he turned to be such a sweet brother. More so, I thought he was being creepy when he stalked Aimee around, but instead he was just worry about her safety. Unlike 'normal' people though, he did not know how to express his worries and that's why he followed her. On the other hand, Aimee showed little attention towards her brother. I found it odd at first because she's a psychologist and yet, showed little empathy towards her brother's situation.
And so as the story develops, we got to see Aimee's side of the story. Flipping through Otto's sketchbook, first there was a picture of their whole family. In the next one, her dad was missing (or was it mom??). The one afterwards, her mom was missing and gradually there was only Otto Chan standing alone in the last sketch. Truth is, she cares about Otto but at the same time, was scared of what he was thinking... Furthermore, she herself have been trying to 'hide' away from her bad past and she did not want to uncover it again. Contrary to his sister, Otto held onto these memories and refuses to let them go.
I felt that this was a very touching story, especially when Aimee comes to appreciate Otto Chan and their relationship.
Otto Chan did well in his role and he was quite funny when he read outloud the library barcodes :P A true human computer! It's unfortunate that we don't get to see anymore of him after this though :/ I thought he'd move in with Aimee or something but apparently not? :/

Bullet Brain,
Edwin Siu,
Pierre Ngo,
Sire Ma,
Wayne Lai
The themesong sung by Edwin Siu is actually quite nice. I especially like it when the song got faster :)
As for the first two episodes of the series, it was too pretentious for my liking. Beside being an absolute bastard, I do not think that Wayne is smart. So to emphasize how high his IQ is, none of his actions so far convinces me. Instead, I only see a 180 degrees personality change; an innocent country boy turning into an eccentric bastard with temperamental issues.

A Great Way To Care 2,
Kate Tsui
Before finishing Seasons of Love, I decided to watch A Great Way to Care 2 :P Surprisingly, I am quite enjoying the series despite the fact that the cases are recycled from the prequel. Finished up to 5 episodes today, which is a very good record for me!
While I did not like the fact that Monkey's (Kate Tsui) not included in the sequel, the transition to the knowledge of her death was well written. I first expected them to show Monkey's accident, but instead, she's already dead before the series started! Quite surprising since they showed how normal Alex was acting; he was furnishing their home, happily getting his motorcycle license and even waking up to her voice calls. Fact is, all along he've been telling himself that everything is 'ok' and tried to continue the life that he wanted with Monkey. I found this to be very an effective delivery of her death.
As I've mentioned before, Alex went on with his (and Monkey's) life even when she died. And according to his friend, Ram Tseung, Alex did not shed a tear since her death (4 months ago). This worried Ram and he kept on telling Alex to face the fact that Monkey is gone. In reply to that Alex said that he knows that Monkey is dead and even described the (psychological) process of his healing since her death. When I heard him reason with Ram and describing the stages of his recovery, it was truly sad to him in such a position.
And of course, the most heart-breaking scene is when Alex broke down into tears after reading Monkey's letter. It was well-acted by Alex and I teared along with him...A very emotional and memorable moment for me. Even up until episode 5, I still think this is the best scene so far.

More info should be released when it gets closer to the event.
Now that we're done talking about the info, let's move onto the poll:
Since I live in Vancouver, I will hopefully be able to attend both the autograph session and the concert (thingy)!!! :D Hehe that is why I am planning to make something for Linda :) This is where I am hoping to ask you guys for help! I am looking for fans messages from you guys :D Most likely it'll end up to be a little booklet or something (not exactly a scrapbook...cause I find them too big and to be frank, I've never done scrapbooking before), because I'll be putting the fans messages together. I know Linda Chung Thoughts is not big, so if you guys want to spread the message around, feel free to :P haha. thanks guys ;]
Right now we're only wondering WHO's GOING TO PARTICIPATE in the gift. The criteria for the messages and such (determined by the amount of fans, since more fans will mean a shorter message) will be up LATER.
One more IMPORTANT NOTE, who's coming to the event? :P Just curious x] hehe EXCITEMENT!!!!!
[Poke-fied] Nancy Wu
----This is purely for fun, so don't get too serious about it :P Whatever I say is not meant to be offensive (to the artiste nor the Pokemon haha)...so hopefully you guys can have fun with this like I will be!----
Contrary to the first post of Him Law, this one is a little more serious :]
A normal type Pokemon; Eevee does not necessarily stand out from the crowd. But on the contrary, it's ability to evolve into a variety of forms (ice, fire, electric, grass, shadow, psychic, water etc) makes it a unique individual. When I think of the diversity in its evolution forms, it reminded me of Nancy Wu. To be frank, can any of the 5 (current) fadans compare to Nancy when it comes to diversity? Whether if it's an evil, good, cutesy, ancient (martial arts), professional or any other types of roles, Nancy can take on all of them.
***It breaks my heart to see one of Eevee's new forms, Sylveon (WT*?!), such a tragedy........

The Skinny: The serial centers in a murder case that involved a wife dismembering her husband and cooking his limbs. The case is based on a similar murder that occurred in Hong Kong in 1988. The serial is also inspired by the American crime fiction series Columbo. ('Bullet Brain' wiki)
Synopsis
A bullet turns a simple-minded boy into a heartless detective.
What will happen when the affections meet the ruthlessness?
Is the sudden wisdom a gift or a disaster?
The story is set in the 1960s Hong Kong. The sincere KO TAI HEI (Wayne Lai) smuggles to HK, where his father's good friend KAM LO YIK (Joe Junior) recommended him to join the police force. One time, he had an accident and got shot in the head. Pieces of the bullet went into his brain cells and oddly increased his IQ significantly. Since then, HEI turned into an intelligent detective capable of cracking down strange cases. However, his personality changed as well, turning him into a cold-hearted person who will do things by unscrupulous means. The only exception was his good friend BAO PING ON (Pierre Ngo) in which he would be a little more friendly to. HEI's boss noticed something was wrong, and immediately sent out female officer KAM YI WA (Sire Ma) to secretly supervise him, but unexpectedly she turns against the boss and defended HEI instead. WA later develops a relationship with her colleague CHOI FEI LUNG (Edwin Siu). Because HEI met famous courtesan SZETO NAM (Natalie Tong), who physically resembles his first love MUI MUI (Natalie Tong), the relationships become complicated. PING ON couldn't bear to watch HEI go wrong more and more, so he initially planned to rescue HEI, but ends up injuring him and caused another turn back...(credits aZnangel@http://asianuniverse.net/)
